    power snatch: 75#. i think this might be getting slightly less ugly. i don’t want to add more weight until i can comfortably stick 75#. soon.

    WOD at 65#. never before have my wrists been in that much pain overhead squatting 65#.

        There are certainly a vatriey of particulars like that to take into consideration. That could be a nice point to bring up. I offer the ideas above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions just like the one you bring up where the most important factor might be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, however I’m sure that your job is clearly recognized as a good game. Each girls and boys feel the affect of just a moment’s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.

    175# (pr) last one was 185 (also a pr) but more of a squat snatch then power
    115# for wod
