sooo, apparently my mom was a serious recreational jump-roper back in the day, and i was telling her about double-unders. “oh, yeah, i know what those are. i remember doing those!” she replied. and then she’s like, “can you do the crossed arms?” and i’m like, “sure, yeah.” then she challenged: “crossed arms… double undered?” we laughed and pondered the possibilities. i have no idea if this is physically possible, but i’m sure it is if one has superquick wrist action with lots of power. now i’m intrigued 🙂 any takers?
WOD 16.50. Struggled a bit with burpees and got at least ten no reps on wall balls. Did 20kg OHS which was big imprvoement 4m 15kg in a WOD few weeks ago. Got pr on OHS 27.5. Gr8 class Eddie. Thanks Eddie and Pat for advice on OHS!
