    WOD: 12:00

    Did the first two minutes with 100′ pushes and then switched to 50′. This was much tougher than expected. Awesome job 5:30am.

    …Ok. I think this was a typo. 100′ would take about 40 seconds when you’re fresh and more than the whole minute as time went on. I started this with 50′. Maybe I should have stuck with 50′ because I finished quickly but at minutes 7,8 and 9 I switched to 25′ because I had less than 30 seconds to do BJs. Yes, I said BJs. Ladies, turn that box on the 24″ side before you push it. The friction coefficient between the box and the floor es no bueno. They hate each other.

    WOD: 13:43. Yeah….I did the first two minutes (i think?) at 100′ and collectively got 4 box jumps. Switched to 50′ for a few minutes and was only getting about 5 at a time and then gave the whole thing the middle finger and switched to 25′

    I underestimated this WOD. The 100′ box pushes drained my quads fast. Great hustle, noon class!

    WOD: 13:41 @ 20″. tried doing 50′, then scaled down to 25′ after 3 or 4 laps. sole arches are seriously stressing me out. the box pushes really stressed out my legs, too. box jumps felt super rubbery. sigh. thanks all for the last-stretch encouragement.

    Definitely was confused by the WOD today. Was only getting 5 box jumps and was worried I’d be there until lunch so I scaled all over the place. Great workout though. Looking forward to next time box we push those lovely boxes.

    Bench: 195#

    WOD: 7:55 @50′, even with the scaling this one was rough. I managed to get 33 box jumps in the first minute, then they trailed off quickly. Props to everyone who went for 100′. I can only imagine…
