WOD: 11:48 w/24″ box, 1pd KB
This was my first time using a 24″ box in a WOD and I didn’t fall flat on my face or rip up my shins as I feared so I’d call that a success!
Press: 85# for 3, 88# for 1. PRs…. bitches. Got to work with Tricia and yes, the girl is KILLING it.
WOD: started at 24″ usually not an issue but I faltered at the start of the 12 round and sliced up my shin. Now my left shin matches my right shin which still has an awkward lump in it from..um.. September? I switched to 20″ at that point in time. 16kg, 9:36. My legs are BEAUTIFUL damn it.
OH MAN, I may need 2 socks with a shin guard in between! I wish they were superhero-style impermeable. I love this image you have of me and my super-heroine outfits 😉
