    High Back squatted 265
    WOD for 7:32

    Props to Arianna for taking a wicked box bite to both shins and ripping through the rest of the wod! Then when asked how they feel: “I’ll be here tomorrow”. Love it!! Way to go 5:30!!

    HBBS: 145#. Not a PR, and when I failed it one set. Not my squat day.

    WOD: 7:40 at 155#. Felt pretty good today, except for the damn push ups. They were worse than the deads.

    and seriously, Arianna, so inspiring. i was so psyched to see you pick yourself up and get back up on that box to finish the wod. way to go!
