    OHS: 75#, but could barely keep it balanced…

    WOD: 8+16 @ 65# and 1pd. Those thrusters were killers. I REALLY wanted those last two to round out the set and just couldn’t get there. Damn.

    Great job this morning 5:30! I’m proud of us for getting out of bed on a Monday!

    OHS 55# I didn’t even match my last PR but I’ve never felt better about this lift. Thank you so much KP and Nick. Thanks to Tricia for videoing me twice so I could see what I was doing too. Watching video 1 which was ehhh ok and then comparing to video 2 after I got tips from KP and Nick and went for it again shows a real difference in keeping the weight in my heels and putting my butt back first. I’m determined to get better at the things I’m bad at. I’m starting to look forward to the days I dread – 2k row day, OHS day… keep em coming 😉
