Strength: Day 1 of Hatch Squat Cycle

    WOD: 5:19 Rx

Sprints were interesting considering the limited space, but still a good WOD. Great work 5:30am.

Strength: Day 1 of Hatch Squat Cycle. Probably not going to fit into my jeans by the end of this…

wod: 6:31 Rx (10′ target). DAMN YOU HSPU. failed my last one a bunch of times…but did all my wall ball unbroken.

    Deadlift: 385#

WOD: 6:54 For anyone using the apparatus for HSPUs, be careful if you use one of the new green bands! They stretch out way longer than the older, wider ones, which led to a pretty hilarious tumble.

    Deadlift: 325#, matches my 1RM

WOD: 5:50 Rx, glad this one was quick while I’m recovering from a cold.

Deadlift: 325#, not quite at PR level tonight.
WOD: 5:06 Rx+ Sprints took a lot out of the legs for the wallballs.

  6. Renee says:

DL 165# for a 3 rep max. It’s frustrating that 170# wouldn’t move when I have moved 180# before. Oh well

WOD: 6:10 – red banded HSPU backpack and red banded ring dips. I was wearing red so…

    legwarmer’d DL: 195#
WOD: 7:17 – abmat+weight. still pretty gross. 14# wallballs feels as natural a movement as flinging a baby, upside down, from a cannon.
