    FS: 125# it was challenging but I should have gone closer to my 1RM which is 145#

    WOD: 4:59 single unders and a new green + new red (which seems to give the same assistance as an old green – my usual CTB go-to)

    FS: 115#, which felt heavy on the first set or two but I probably could have gone up a bit.

    WOD: 7:58, intermixing double-unders with single. PUs with a new green/new red combo. I do really like WODs with pull-ups in them, even though my PUs aren’t great…
