      1+66 Rx (also 24″ box). So yes, James got more than a round better than me. He can rope climb LIKE A BOSS…twice as fast as me 🙂

    Fun WOD today. Is it weird that I love both box jumps and toes-to-bars? I wasn’t even going to come today, but when I saw the WOD posted last night I HAD to. 🙂 No warning on the warm-up though. Torture.
