    So, I’m trudging through the last set of burpees this morning, starting to feel my energy fade into the ether. Then, some queen with pink hair walks – nay, STRUTS – through the doorway, sporting an obscenely fuzzy jacket. This kicks me out of my funk, and I sprint through my last 10 or so box burpees. “Woot.”

    Awesome 5:30 today. Special thanks to KP for setting up my WOD while I tried a second time to push press 100#. Next time.

      BTW, I forgot my blue water bottle in the bathroom nearest to the glass door entrance. If someone can just leave it in a corner or on the bookcase in that little room that would be great! Thanks!

    WOD: 13:29. Burpees strain the shit out of my knees. But, I think a decent time none the less

    Thanks to KP for pushing me to push that 100
    & thanks to JT for noticing my hand position once the bar is up overhead. That little twist of the wrist helped a lot!

    Getting frustrated with my bum ankle but missing burpees like woah, decided to do burpees anyway. Still cant hack the box jumps.
