WOD: 11:49. Banded pistols. 55#OHS. I seriously got out of bed for those squats after a late night out with my class. Fun day today!
I just got paid $150 for being a member of CFSV! (Sort of.) My health insurance company (Harvard Pilgrim) offers a partial fitness reimbursement, but in the past they wouldn’t reimburse for “classes.” Apparently they make an exception now for Crossfit gyms. Sooo…check with your insurance company to see if you can get a few bones back from your membership fees. You might want to do this sooner rather than later, just in case there’s a year-end deadline.

WOD: 10:10 – my OHS’s are all messed up so Yosh had me front squat 75# instead. I’ll trade an OHS for a heavy FS any day! Everything else was Rx’d.
Kudos to 7pm in volume training for not using any bands at all. Was just me and the boys tonight.
