Pull-up Volume Training 10 min.
WOD:
5 rounds
5 Power Cleans (145#/95#)
8 Push Press
– Ideally, on the last Power Clean, you want to go right into your Push Presses. Focus on clean, effective reps so you can knock out a good chunk of those Push Presses.

PULL UPS! made it 8×3 and then last 2 sets my 3rd one either didn’t happen or didn’t count.
wod: 5:59 at 75#. this one burned, and i had to mentally fight the urge to push jerk every single one of these.
Pull ups: 10 x 3
WOD: 6:35 @115#. The 5:30 am class was probably the best class ever.
Pullups: 2 a minute with red band only.
WOD: 7:55 75# . Had to front squat instead of pressing because of whatever’s going on with my shoulder. && I think that was a lot worse than pressing. haha Had to make it unbroken because I really did not want to clean the damn thing again! ^_^
Butterfly Pull ups: 10 x 5
WOD: 9:18 Rx. Those push presses were the worst!
i’m so glad i dragged my butt out in the rain — loved today’s class! ESPECIALLY THE FISH GAME OMG DABES.
volume training: 1 PU (or best approximation) on the minute with red band. getting closer to the real thing!
WOD: 6:36 @ 75#. bailed after one round at 80#. push presses were the killer part; i didn’t mind the extra cleans here and there 🙂
Volume training: 2 strict pull ups (last week I did 1, so that was cool to add another)
WOD: 8:04 @ 75#

You’re not whiney – I was thinking after I left how if I get injured and need to dial things back I will tell old war stories in every WOD about how much I used to lift – lol – you definitely take it all in stride and kick ass per usual. SO awesome to get to WOD with you again :)!!!

Butt kicker! Rx push press was 10# less than my PR so I’m so what pleased….

WOD: 9:59 Rx. Was aiming to get sub-10 and I think I managed the work and rest well to just squeak under.
