8:24 @ 135# w/ red and blue bands for dips.

I hate waking up early, but it feels really good once you’re done.

11:45 @ 80# and double red band dips.
Those dips were not fun after yesterdays 100+ pushups.
& I probably could have/should have RXd the cleans, but I’m still looking out for my shoulder issue -_-

yay 7:30! See you next year! ^_-

  3. Renee says:

8:47 @ 65#, red band – felt pretty weak today so I went pretty low weight on the cleans. Guess I could have done 75#

THIS was interesting, though; I came home tonight to get ready to go out and here I am with a short sleeve shirt on, in my bathroom and I notice that I have some new additional marks on my arms to accompany my Christmas oven burn marks. Two identical rashes on either arm almost to my elbow. Is this ring dip rash?

    • Lynn says:

ahh, yes! ring-dip-band-rash. it’s real. (the outside of your arm, just above the elbow, at a diagonal?). incentive to keep your elbows in!

      • Renee says:

Below the elbow actually… I thought I was keeping my elbows right at my sides… Maybe that’s why the rash is lower on my arm?

    • bensacc says:

it also helps to make sure the buckle is above arm height…learned that, like most things, the hard way.

11:15 @95# blue band for the ring dips.

Last crossfit workout for me for 6-8 weeks. *tear*
