This past weekend was all about learning. Our very own Nick DK and Brian Hack attended and completed their Level 1 CrossFit Certification. The Level 1 Cert is a great way to
learn more about CrossFit’s methodologies under some of the finest Instructors CrossFit has to offer. It’s an awesome way to get involved and to further your education of health and wellness. Nick and Brian are great dudes and always work hard. Really nice to have them around, so pick their brains! Congrats to both you guys, happy you had a good time!
Also, this past weekend I competed in another Weightlifting Meet, this marks 4 now, and continued to learn a shit ton about progress and strength gains. I hit some really good numbers and got to train with some really awesome people who made it even more enjoyable.
If you wish to come watch a competition, the Atlantic State Championships are being held on February 10th at North Shore CrossFit in Danvers, MA, that I will be competing in. It is a great opportunity to see some really good athletes move some serious weight!
