My box jump cycle time needs improvement, situps are…well situps, and I expected more out of my push presses *shrug*
DL 125 for 3 sets. Definitely my weakest lift. I blame the 4 fractures in my spine.
WOD: 164 RX. I went 82 on the first set and 82 on the second. So, consistency was there.
More importantly: On Sunday, I beat some random guy in an arm wrestling contest at a bar. He was more than a foot taller than me and kind of embarrassed after he lost. Awesome.
