    Tomorrow CFNE will be hosting the anticipated Competitor’s Competition. Is anyone interested in going to watch? If so, carpool? It should be a really exciting event since many CrossFit Games athletes will be competing!

    Wish I could go! I have a friend in town.

    Strength: L-sits are fun! Can’t say I can hold them for anywhere near four minutes though…

    WOD: Something like 18:45 with blue/red banded muscle ups, single-unders and TWO minute rests (the 5:30 used the full 2 mins). I thought these were fun too.

    Today’s workout made me feel like a kid playing on the monkey bars again. 🙂

    L-sit hold on rings with bent knees: accumulated the 4 mins in 13 mins. I felt this in my lower abdominal area and pecs.

    WOD: splits were :56, :56, :54, 1:02, 1:02 (single unders x3, CTB pullups x1, no ring dips)

    **I left my black iPhone on one of the little black/green stools by the pullup rig. I’ll be going tomorrow so if someone could put it somewhere convenient, that would be awesome. Thanks, I’ll buy you a paleo beer!
