Strength: 215# Deadlifts. Huge PR, but actually the only 2nd time I’ve done these outside of a wod, so I guess it should be. Sent my mom a pic just to hear her freak out – “oh my god! Is that safe??” 🙂
Wod: 11:47rx. This one was harder & longer than I thought it would be. I did all the sets in the first round unbroken and felt fine, but I sure felt it in the 2nd round and even had to split my burpees into sets of 5. Whew. Glad that one’s done and in the books.

I recorded my last set and surprisingly my form wasn’t breaking down as bad as I thought it was. Maybe I should’ve gone a little heavier.
WOD: 10:10 Rx (no rebounds)
My ankle has been a little iffy lately so I played it safe.
well, I guess I’ll post something…
did my strength/recovery squat and deadlift sets (DL 300# x 5, not a pr (nor should it have been))
then did annie. didn’t really watch the clock but got all the double unders unbroken, except for one when I hit the rowers with the rope.
then rowed 500 w/ nick. he rowed like a bad ass from hell, I rowed like a turn of the century parisian gentleman taking his lady for a romantic excursion along the seine.
Like. Lady Diana enjoyed the stroll, I’m sure
DL 170# 5RM for sure closest I’ve been to my 1 rm in a whiiiiiile
WOD 11:32 red band. Started rx but banded on pull up # 7 … I need to learn to kip.
DL: 325# PR, got 3 reps@330# before I lost my grip. First time picking that much weight off the ground. Felt good.
WOD: 11:19 Rx w/ C2B pull-ups, I’ve learned my lesson not to eat a big meal before working out. Burpees did not agree with my stomach.
Deadlift: 345# (5 rep PR)
WOD: 8:45 Rx
Double bodyweight? Whoa.
205# dead lift -PR
13:47 for the WOD …encompassed a lot of things I struggle with, but I got through it! Way to go to Ali and Esteban, our 7pm rookies, as they beasted thus WOD out!
