        my pistols (pow pow) are better than his. i’m sure it won’t be long though before he beats me at my own game. much like when he mastered his doubles and started kicking my butt…

    Strict pull up volume training: 4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-5
    As usual, I was too conservative with the number I chose…so I did an extra one in the last round.

    WOD: 9:43 (air squats x3 instead of pistols)
    I got off the rower in under 3 1/2 mins, did the push presses in sets of 15-10-5, and painstakingly got through the 60 air squats (my legs are really sore with all the front squatting the previous 2 days). This was the first time I’ve ever done squat snatches so I was ecstatic that I was able to do them! 😀

    No more squatting, pleassseeeeee

    Today was fun! and it was nice to see Mandy again haha, haven’t gone to her classes in forever.

    Good job 7:30! Everyone did awesome.

    2 pull-ups a minute. I feel like 3 would have been too many, but 2 wasn’t quite enough… :-/

    Wod: 11:47 @ 55# with plated pistols and squat cleans from a hang position to work on hips.

    Great job, as always 5:30.

    squat/deadlift routine.
    ‘flight simulator’ : double unders 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50 (and back down)
    kept bombing out on the round of 40, ascending.

    Badass 7pm class. Oh wait it was just me!! I finished first in my class!!

    4 pullups per min was about right for my nipple to bar pullups.

    9:52 WOD. Pistols are what got me. I am also positive that not all of my squat snatches would have passed in a real competition based on form. They will get there though.
