There was a tremendous amount of energy and an encouraging atmosphere which helped everyone literally leave it all on the floor. Thank you to everyone who competed and came to cheer on your fellow CFSVers! The beauty is in the mayhem! Everyone set some sort of PR Saturday. What was yours? How was the experience? Please share to comments today!

Tried doing the first few rounds with doubles but wasn’t really finishing in time so I switched to singles for the last 4 or 5.

I felt really stale and weak today, just a grind it out type of Monday.

Saturday was an intense experience as a spectator, seeing all the grit and determination. You were all phenomenal, muscling up every snatch at the end and making it count. So much heart!

    BS: 135# all across

WOD: 75#, thanks Maralene for quick elbows reminder in the last few sets

I was so thankful for the support and encouragement of the CFSV community on Saturday. I was hoping to get one 100# snatch in, and I far surpassed that goal, thanks to some super loud screaming and cheering. Though I didn’t get to watch everybody compete, the people I saw were so inspiring! It was clear that everybody put all they had into the wod, and were rewarded with great PRs. I’m really looking forward to next Saturday. And I see now why non-crossfitters think we’re all crazy. 😉

Squats: 140# across. My knees still seem to insist on pushing towards the center. Everytime I do squats is a battle: me vs. my knees.

WOD: 100# and singles. Though I got a few double-unders in there after Marlene pointed out that I’m not missing doubles, I’m missing TRIPLES. Once I slowed down I could actually do double-unders without whipping myself! 🙂

217# across. Those tiny plates are adorbz!
155# singles. Tried some doubles in warm-up and it wasn’t pretty.

There’s no better way to start the week off than with heavy squats! Can it be like this every week!? 😀

    WOD: 165#
DUs unbroken for 4 rounds. My squat cleans were all touch n’ go except for the last round.

Today was a great day. I had the pleasure of finally meeting the famous Marcos, and his wife.

Also, I had a phenomenal time on Saturday. The energy at CFF was out of this world. I’m so grateful to be able to WOD with such a great family!

HBBS: 195# across. Really working on form and keeping my right knee from buckling in.

WOD: 7 rounds completed on time @135# and singles. Did DU’s the first round and quickly realized that was not happening.

    Great music selection tonight KP!

Saturday was really amazing. I was so nervous to compete. I don’t know why. I knew it was just a WOD but it was a damn hard one. Before the workout I PR’d on my snatch at 75# I went on to snatch that weight 13 times. It made me really happy. Tips from Eric support from Ben, KP and Tricia and on the spot judge-coaching by Mandy were all really really helpful. watching everyone beast this one out was so amazing. I’m so proud of my Crossfit family

HBBS 140# across that is 85% my max
WOD 8 rounds completed at 75#

If I wasn’t the walking dead yesterday I might have tried 100# I did 90# in November I believe I can squat clean 100# by now… In theory
