    Strength: 100#. My shoulders did not feel so great today.

    WOD: 10:05 with less than RX OHS (45#) and Muscle Ups (Blue band) and RX+ box jumps (30′). I like high box jumps and think I was feeling guilty about doing the rx- skills and so compensated with an rx+. 🙂

    I’m anxiously awaiting the 13.2 announcement!

    WOD: 8:23 (green band/20″/45#)

    Need to work on more shoulder strength.

    I could’ve maybe gone a little heavier, but my shoulders don’t feel 100% so better safe than sorry.

    WOD: 9:39 (pullup/ring dip x2 MU scale, 115# front squat sub for OHS)

    Push jerk – 105# PR and I could’ve gone heavier but nick is a buzz kill and wanted me to work on form. So I only went 10# heavier and not 15# … “Thanks coach but now I’m going to deliberately defy you… But, like, less bad than if you never just said that… Cool?”

    WOD – 10:23 w/ red banded pull ups, strict ring dips 24″ BJs and 35# OHS

    So is it fair to say nick and Brian will be around this week to help people with their BJs?

  5. In all seriousness though, I (and most likely Brian) will be at CFSV Thursday and Friday during the evening classes if anyone wants help preparing for 13.2 for any reason whatsoever.

    255# push jerk. I tried to jump to 275#, probably too ambitious on my part. I got it overhead but couldn’t push it all the way up. Just a new goal for next time.

    11:24 – pull-ups. I went unbroken until the last round which is huge for me. Did dips with feet on the box.

    Can’t wait for Saturday!
