13.3 Check!
Another week down, another WOD completed. This time out athletes had to deal with a grueling number of wallballs, 150 to be exact, followed by a plethora of double unders and muscle ups. Everyone was definitely forced into a situation they weren’t comfortable with and I’m very happy with the results. Whether you hit the wallballs with everything you got or got your first double under or muscle ups, everyone succeeded. So truly nice work guys! Share experience of this weeks monster to comments!

WOD: 5:09rx. The pull ups to KB swings combo made my forearms feel like they were on fire… ouch.
I felt like Dan today – my body was protesting this workout. I still can’t quite walk normally after those 150 wall balls. I’m glad 13.3 is over and I’m looking forward to 13.4!
My legs are like jello after 13.3.

Psyched with the results on this one. As much as my quads hate me right now, glad they repeated this workout.
Press 85# WOD 7:39 Sad to say friends I let my fear get the best of me today and relapsed on the red banded pull-ups 🙁 I’ll pick up the pieces and keep it moving, but if I’m seen with red band again, please slap it out of my hands.

WOD: 5:13 rx. Grip burner for sure, but the shuttle run was fun.
13.3: 199. Got out of the wall-balls around 11 min, 30 seconds faster and I might have been able to crank out the rest of the DUs. 14.5?
I know I’m going to regret saying this a year from now… but I totally want this to become 14.5! That’ll give me some time to learn to do double unders…
I also hope this workout comes back next year – my quads are smoked but I’d love to see how I could improve in one year!
Press: 85# new 3RM. Got 90# about half way up. Such a clear line between what you can and can’t lift with strict press. Haven’t PR’d here since September so this was nice.
WOD: 7min flat with a red band.
Press: 130#. Tried and failed with 135#…started the press and pushed my head through when the bar cleared it, but then I was just left with the barbell resting on my head.
