CrossFit Open 13.5

4 minute AMRAP of:
15 Thrusters (100 / 65 lbs)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
*4 minute bonus for every 90 reps (3 rounds) completed.

    i did what i came for!
    15 thrusters then some attempts at the bar. high-five moment: KP was there to witness 2 legit unassisted pullups! woohoo. so if there’s a future WOD that has one fierce pullup in the middle of it, i’m Rx’ing the crap out of that πŸ™‚

    20 total.

    5 chest to bars pullups is 5 more then I could do at the start of the open. So I’d say it was a success.

    In 5 weeks, I’ve learned how to do double unders, pull ups and toes to bar. Not too shabby.

    13.5 – 29 reps

    I was no repped on pull ups 3-5 times . That last inch is so hard…
