5 chest to bars pullups is 5 more then I could do at the start of the open. So I’d say it was a success.
In 5 weeks, I’ve learned how to do double unders, pull ups and toes to bar. Not too shabby.

I was no repped on pull ups 3-5 times . That last inch is so hard…
