    Front Squat: 3 @ 115# then bonus round at 125# where I perhaps should have started (although that would have been 86%) Thank you JT for setting me straight this morning I will never measure my dick on volume day ever again XP

    wod: 10 rx. had a good pace on the rower, but slowed down a bit on the burpees and cost myself some time. I liked this one.
