      I honestly don’t even think it’s that broken I can bend it in the way it bends when you clean or run. Ill tether it another week but I bet you can I can row squat and dead next week….. HARUMPH!

    This was the first time in forever I’ve felt like I had energy and might could do as much as KP says I can :). And it wasn’t fast, but it felt like the perfect balance of challenge and being able to keep going.
