Website and Scheduling Problems
Update: The scheduling is working again, website as functional as ever. Thanks for your patience!
Sorry folks. I’ve been contacted by the people at ZenPlanner – the data hosting and software company that operates our scheduling system. They’re having problems with their servers, and are trying hard to get them back online.
In the meantime, I am aware that you can’t change your reservations. At the same time, we can’t see who is reserved for class and who isn’t. So, as we did in the long past before teh interwebz, I encourage you all to play it loose and show up for what you reserved – and if you didn’t reserve in advance I can tell you that usually the 5:30am, noon, and 5pm classes have plenty of room for you. 😉
In all seriousness, I apologize for the inconvenience and – as always – am willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that you feel fairly treated and well taken care of. Just shoot me a note and ask for what you need to feel whole. Thanks!
