Wod: 11:15rx. The runs didn’t feel that good after the Tough Mudder on Saturday, but the snatches felt super light. This wasn’t quite as boring as I thought it was going to be – the snatches were fun.
I had so much fun with the CFSV crew this weekend at Tough Mudder. Next mud run is looking like the Spartan Beast in Vermont on 9/21. Looking forward to gathering an even bigger crew for that one. π

And I love that doing obstacles by yourself gets you an RX. Way to crossfit-ize the Tough Mudder Nikki. In that case, congrats to the CFSV crew for a whole team worth of RXing on the monkey bars and the quarter pipe. Even our big guys!
