    loved today’s workout – focus on form versus maxing out is refreshing (even if psychologically)

    wall climbs are a little less wobbly thanks to consciously turning out shoulders to lock ’em out.

    OHS: 55# — low and low
    WOD: 6 + 35m — i could have rowed a bit faster but i fazed with trying to get my stroke pace strong and steady

    If I have to do OHS I’m cool with moderately heavy form work.
