Missing Twin
I’m a nice guy. On rope climb days, I bring extra socks so people can borrow them and spare themselves the rope burn. But somehow (and really it’s beyond my comprehension how) somebody actually managed to leave the box wearing just one bright pink knee high sock that says “CROSSFIT” on it in big letters.
I am not making this up.
So, if you know who stumbled out of here setting a PR for “reverse Lost and Found”, feel free to dime them out in the comment section. Seriously, I have a nice lost and found from all the stuff y’all forget here, but this is a new record – someone actually managed to leave wearing my clothes. My bright pink clothes. Asymmetrically.
Anyway, there’s a workout and stuff today too. I’m sure y’all will love it. Most of you have done it before, in your first free trial, but here we’re doing it a bit differently.
As Many Baselines As Possible. We’re taking on a favorite bodyweight conditioning benchmark, turning it into a time priority workout, and seeing how many times you can get it done in 15 minutes. Completing a single time through the baseline in around 4 minutes is a solid score. Can you hit the mark? Can you hold the pace? We’ll find out.

press: 88.5 (3repPR!) – love those fractional weights
WOD: 2 rounds + 15m (i jammed myself on the rower with about 5 seconds to spare and gave it a couple tugs)
1st round baseline = 6:42 w red band. comparison: last october, baseline in 6:22 w blue band. i think it’s probably a combo of the humidity, plus i was pacing out the pushups a lot earlier (in anticipation for many more). i’ll call it a draw.
