Don’t surrender your back

Brian Hack | 12/05/2011 | 6

In order to move fast through Monday’s WOD, we will need to keep our lumbar on high alert. Any amount of degradation will result in loss of control. We want to keep any object in our center mass, otherwise there is no hope in applying an optimal amount of force. Every round the reps get lower, so try and transition quickly, but move efficiently.

Strength: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

WOD: 21-15-9
Wallballs
Box Jumps
Calorie Row

My favorite part about that workout was getting pushed to do something I was certain I couldnt do. Thanks for the encouragement Yosh!

Erin those numbers look pretty amazing to me!

I was 95# deadlift and WODded in at 12:45. I was just happy to graduate from the green-steppy-agro-stool to a real box for the first time! 🙂
