Continuing with our theme of building our pull up ROM, today’s volume training will be chest to bar. Once again, scale so this is feasible across all 20 minutes. If you want to get better at pull ups, this is one of the best ways to do so.
STR:
Pull VT (ctb)
EMOM 20
+ 3 arch ups/minute

WOD:
AMRAP 10
5 hang squat cleans (155/105)
15 cal row

NOTE: The evening classes this week have shifted 30 minutes later. We are closed on Friday, July 4th and will be running the Saturday morning 10 am class.

    WOD: 5+5 @ 135# First day back from a week worth of being sick. Not 100% but glad I can sweat again, without a fever 🙂

    VT – 2 CTB until I was switching grips then swapped to one for second half with the overhand grip the whole time.

    WOD – 3 & 3 Rx

    The 5:30 time slot suits my life perfectly.
