Continuing on our theme of high volume of heavy weight, today we’ll be backsquatting a percentage of our 1 rep max across 5 sets of 6 reps. Â We’ll also be doing this together as a class on a 3 minute interval. Â This will help keep us focused as a group, which will be key to our success. Â This will not be easy by any stretch if we are at the proper weight. Â What will get us through will be our friends struggling next to us going after the same thing. Â Even though we’re all lifting our own weight, we still lift as a team. Â Use that energy to your advantage.
