Max out
We approach our strength/skill portion for many different angles. Â Often, we are focused on locking in good positioning so when we see movements in a WOD, our bodies have good default patterns. Â Sometimes, we’re trying to get some decent volume in at a heavy weight to get our bodies used to moving weight closer to our max. Â And some days, we’re come in to push our max.
Today is one of those days. Â We’re looking to hit a new 3rm for our front squat. Â Use those warm up sets to make sure all the details are locked in and then get pumped and go after it. Â It’s testing day – let’s see what you got.

Announcements:
- There will be no class this Saturday, 11/15!  We are sorry for any inconvenience!
- Our friends at CrossFit Fenway are hosting a very special Last Mile WOD to fight Ebola in Liberia on November 22. Last Mile Health is a local non-profit in Boston that operates on the ground in Liberia fighting the Ebola epidemic. (We’re using Crowdrise to help raise funds for them.) How can you participate? Start a fundraising page (just takes a FB login) and ask your friends and families for donations… invite friends to do the same or even to come work out with us on November 22… and then come on down and have a good time with the team from CFF and CFSV! Or, just go to JT’s fundraising page and make a donation to the cause.

STR 135# PR. Thanks Chris for the tip on the squats, it really made a difference.
WOD 32 DUs. First time doing double unders. I kept stopping every time I got one because I was so surprised I’d done it.
