It’s getting cold outside
It’s cold out, friends. Ā Frigid, in fact. Ā It might sound silly, but the colder it is out, the harder it is to warm up. Ā Getting to class early on these cold days (especially for you dedicated 5:30AMers) and dressing in layers can help keep all your bits ready to work hard for you when you need them to. Ā That way, you’ll have the chance to wake your body up with some gentle, exploratory movement before class starts and can peel off layers as needed. Ā Get warm, stay warm.
