But they’re all really short!  So short, in fact, that they’ll give us just enough time to really redline before we recover for the next one.  This is our last day with a print focus and we have the most rest yet.  So use it to refocus.  Having rest can be a great tool, but if we let ourselves get distracted form the task at hand it won’t be nearly as useful.  Once again, bring yourself back to your breath, making sure to breathe through your diaphragm as much as possible and meet that medball head on for the next one.

STR:

Deadlift

3-3-3-3-3-3

superset with 3-5 hard ring rows

focus: shoulder activation

WOD:

6 Rounds:
AMRAP 90 seconds:
15 Ball Slams
10 DB Thrusters
5 TTB
ME Box Jumps

Rest 90 seconds

Focus: You have a 1:1 work rest ratio, each round should be all out

Ah! Ben and Joanna thank you – but, like JT said, probably should have been doing more weight (eh hem thanks Ben for stealing the 20s)

DL: 225 – have to work on getting rid of the stripper DL

WOD: 14# MB, 15# DB, ALJ TTB (with most rounds strung together), 78 box jumps.
