Proper Maintenance

We move fast. We move hard. Sometimes we end up taking some skin off our shins, or end up tearing our blisters. As CrossFitters, we will never be hand or leg models (sad, but true), but that doesn’t mean it’s not important to keep good care of spots where we’ve opened up and let some DNA out. Be sure to wash out said area immediately. In my experience a good anti-bacterial bar of soap does the trick. Make sure the bandage is tight and covers the entire area. If you think there is a spot that needs attention let me know and I can take a look and suggest further options.
