Today’s WOD might say AMRAP, but getting through this just once can be plenty of a challenge. Â We’ll be starting our box jumps higher for fewer reps. Â Each time through, we’ll add some reps, but drop the height down a bit. Â While 30″ might seem daunting, I challenge you to get to the top of it any way you can. Â Use your hands, step up, walk in to your jump, whatever gets you up there. Â As the height gets lower, try a more standard version of a box jump if you’d like.
