There’s a lot of information out there on “proper” running technique.  In general, most of us could benefit from paying attention to the way we run, but to say that there is one right way to run is a very bold statement.  For instance, if you were to run while carrying a load, do you think running the same way you would without load would serve you?  I’m going to say no.  There will certainly be some similarities, but there will also certainly be differences.  And I’d also argue that running while carrying things is something we’ve been required to do as humans for survival at several points in our existence, so probably worth checking out.  Anyhow, the point is that today we get to practice running in a way we probably don’t do as much – while lugging a medball with us!

STR:

deadlift

2-2-2-2-2-2

WOD:

3 Rounds
400m run w/ medball
25 Wallballs (20/14)
