Come together
Most of us came here with some kind of fitness goals in mind. Â Over time they might stick with us or they might change as we do. Â In the end, however, their importance pales in comparison to the relationships and community we build here, the support we all provide each other. Â So while you’re working hard today, I offer you the thought of focusing on gratitude. Â Whether it be for the person working out next to you, for the space and time to devote to yourself and your development or just for the opportunity to have a body that you can move. Â We are all very lucky, and I am grateful for each of you deciding to walk in our door day in and day out.

STR: 195# back didn’t hurt at the time, but now everything hurts. I hate Deadlift days.
