FS – 115# (had I not wrecked myself Monday, I maybe could have succeeded at 135#…next time!)

I decided my time was 8:57 because I really can’t count past 3 rounds. 😉 This was with the singles….doubles weren’t even a thought after “sprinting”.

Wall-climbs give me an instant +10 triceps appearance!

195# front squat. I don’t think I’ve tried max one rep front squat before, but my best set of 3 was 135# before, so this is a big jump!

WOD: 10:30 with singles. Started off wall climbs going all the way up, but my shoulders couldn’t handle it after one round of that, so had to scale it. Those and my failure to find a rhythm with the single unders just killed it for me, but….

I did my first muscle up tonight!
