extended range
Range of motion is important to us.  If we don’t continually to keep and/or extend the range of motion we have in common patterns, we hinder progress or worse, regress.  Chin over the bar is great, but somewhat arbitrary.  Why not work on pulling a little higher?  And while we’re at it, why not choose a higher-than-our-normal-comfort-zone height for our box.  Let’s continue to build patterns and not just be content with the ones we have.
