The Open is open!

The CrossFit Open is upon us! For those of you who are not familiar with the Open, is an opportunity to work out with your friends and tackle some hard workouts along with CrossFit communities across the globe. Winter can be tough season and the Open is a great way to bring us together and get some work done.

How does it work? For five weeks, one workout will be posted each week, we’ll gather on Saturdays and have a great time cheering each other on and make awesome progress! If you have any questions feel free to ask any of your coaches or fellow athletes!
