It’s all oly today friends!  We’ll be practicing and loading up our Clean and Jerk for strength to start.  We might be going for a full squat clean into a split jerk or might be keeping it simpler with a power clean and push jerk.  Either way, we’ll want to be prepping ourself for the CrossFit girl “Grace”, which is nothing more than 30 clean and jerks for time.  Build some strength, and then apply it.
