Vegetables, chickens, and workin out

Spring is upon us (despite our current weather situation) and that means we’ll soon be planting and the chickens will be laying eggs! If you are interested in helping out our urban agriculture team email Brian@crossfitsomerville.com for more information.
Tomorrow is all about pressing weight overhead. In this case the weight will be you! We’ll be working on our handstand push ups and finish off class with an empty barbell, lots of squatting, and wall climbs.

WOD: 13:36. Most nose-to-wall climbs I’ve ever gotten in a WOD, but also managed to lose all feeling in my hands during round 3. Strange.
