Snatches!
It feels like forever since we’ve snatched so now we’ll get quality time with the barbell. And just for good measure, we tossed in an extra overhead squat.
Snatching can be technical so our workout has basic elements of movement so we can dig in and get after it.

WOD: 6:45 14#WB. Have had no shoulder pain recently, getting my confidence back for wallballs.
I think my time should be 8:45 not 6:45.
