Alright friends, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We are back with our new strength cycle. The themes for this will be gymnastics pushing and pulling and improving our volume deadlifts.
We often use ring rows as a scaling option for athletes struggling with pull ups. Today it is the Rx version of our pulling movement and there are only five in each round. This small number so we can find an appropriate challenge for everyone.
