Snatches & rowing
Today we are snatching and rowing. The snatch is a complicated lift so we will have plenty of time to work on it.
Today’s workout is a burner with rowing and pullups. Scale the pull ups more than you think you need to. I repeat: scale the pull ups more than you think you need to. This workout gets spicy fast so if your pull ups are not great or you don’t have too many of them your coach might scale you to doing pull ups every other minute.
Row efficiently, transition quickly, and knock out the pull ups.
