Pull-up goals

Our goal board is almost full, how exciting! We’ve noticed quite a few members with pull-ups as their goal.  Today you’ll get a chance to practice your pull ups. Regardless of whether you are working on getting your first pull-up or 10 pull-ups in a row, this is a great day to work towards a more challenging pulling movement.

The workout is a simple laundry list of things that will let you dig in and breath hard. The reps go down each round what can be better than that?!

Strength:
Pull up goals

WOD:
30-20-10
Kettlebell snatch (24/16)
Goblet squats
Lateral jumps
Sit ups
