Pick your poison
We’ll start class with power snatches and end with box jumps and double unders. Your hips will be nice and warmed up for all that jumping you’re about to do! Additionally, in the workout today you have a choice of chest to bar pull ups or muscle ups. We don’t play with muscle ups often so this is an excellent opportunity to work on them if you have them.
If you do not have either of those things, fear not we have plenty of scales for you. 🙂
