(Squat) cleans
Greetings! Today you will get a chance to work up to a heavy-ish clean. Once you find it we’ll start the clock. The timed intervals are tight so be ready to lift when the clock starts. The cleans may not feel heavy at first but as you get tired it will feel heavier than when it started. You were warned!
In the workout we’ll balance out the work and use your shoulders will get a chance to put some weight overhead.
