Growth happens on the edge. Ā If we’re ready for it, we have the most potential to improve by addressing the things we are least comfortable with.

When it comes to squats, that thing is the bottom. Ā So today, we’re going to pause for 2 seconds at the bottom of each rep of front squats. Ā Keep it active and be honest with yourself. Ā This will be less weight than you are used to front squatting. Ā Embrace it and you’ll beĀ riding that edge.

STR:

Front Squats

3-3-3-3-3

w/ 2 second pause at bottom

WOD:

6 rounds

10 KBS (2/1.5)

200m run

5 CTB pull ups
